Get it Done! ADHD Accountability Session! Saturday, May 10 at 8 am PT, 11 am ET
Have something you need to start or complete that you keep putting off? Whether you have ADHD or not, you can benefit from this session’s tools and frameworks. Join us to learn tips for making tasks easier and more fun – then EXPERIENCE THE POWER of shared intention, group support, and accountability as you spend 30 minutes doing your task.
This hour-long event will include:
5 minutes of introductions and tips
10 minutes of intention setting in breakout rooms
30 minutes of focused individual task work
15 minutes of debriefing, celebration, sharing insights/tools, and next steps
Example tasks participants have worked on in the past include:
Responding to emails
Drafting outlines for books, papers, podcasts, social media, etc.
Paying bills
Cleaning or organizing – closets, desks, etc.

Learn to harness your brain’s four characters to transform how you show up in life. This interactive workshop will dive into Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor’s Brain Team framework. empower you to make conscious choices about who you want to be in any situation.
In this workshop, we will:
Identify your four brain characters
Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each character
Develop personalized strategies to utilize your brain team to overcome obstacles

Some stories are entrenched in unattainable fairytales we learned about early in life; others are rooted in socially-constructed “shoulds” that no longer serve us. This creates an internal disconnect between our accomplishments and our self-perception, and continues to impact us even as we achieve both personal and professional success.
In a humorous and engaging way, we’ll explore how to identify these outdated stories and consciously rewrite them.
